Bas Rutten Autograph!!!
I emailed Bas Rutten @ Inside MMA a question and he answered, in my email I told him of my physical condition and that I wouldnt be able to attend any significant MMA events in the states so I asked him if he could hook me up with an autograph, 3 weeks later it came.
